摘　　要：近几年随着对实验室投入力度和实验室开放力度的增加,以及高层次人才的引进,原有的实验队伍在岗位职责、学历结构、编制人数等方面都呈现出不同程度的弊端。该文通过对中国地质大学(北京)实验队伍现状的调研以及对存在问题的思考,提出了实验队伍建设的优化措施和方法。In recent years, with the increase of investment and opening of laboratories, as well as the introduction of high-level talents, the original experimental team has shown different degrees of drawbacks in terms of job responsibilities, educational background structure, quotas of the staff, etc. Based on the investigation of the current situation of the experimental team in China University of Geosciences(Beijing) and the consideration of the existing problems, this paper puts forward the optimization measures and methods for the construction of the experimental team.
