摘  要:针对工科类高职院校教学中存在的问题,文章将以陕西铁路工程职业技术学院为例,介绍如何从管理模式、建设机制、建设模式、激励机制、应用方式、应用效果等六个维度介绍工科院校如何推进混合式教学模式的建设,创新顶岗实习教学模式,实现过程性教学考核评价,全面提升人才培养质量。In view of the problems existing in the teaching of Engineering higher vocational colleges,this paper will take the example of Shaanxi Railway Institute to introduce how to choose from management mode,construction mechanism,construction mode,incentive mechanism,application mode and application effect.Dimensions introduce how engineering colleges can promote the construction of Hybrid teaching mode,innovate the post-internship teaching mode,realize the evaluation of process teaching evaluation,and comprehensively improve the quality of personnel training.
