摘 要:气升式发酵罐相较于机械搅拌通气发酵罐有着投资少、运行成本低、无菌条件好、对生产菌剪切损伤小等优点,但是传统气升式发酵罐存在高径比过大导致供气系统能耗高,气液混合效果欠佳的缺点,制约了其在大宗发酵产品上的应用。结合目前国内发酵企业装备的发展趋势,基于新型发酵罐节能进气装置--气液旋流混合器,提出了新型气升式发酵罐的两种结构形式,根据应用案例探讨了新型气升式发酵罐替代传统机械搅拌通气发酵罐的可行性,对新型气升式节能发酵系统的应用前景进行了展望。Airlift reactor has the advantages of lower investment and operation cost, better aseptic condition and less shear damage compared with mechanical stirring fermentor. However, traditional airlift reactor suffered from high height to diameter ratio, leading to high energy consumption of the gas supply system and low gas-liquid mixing effect, which restricted application of airlift reactor in mass fermentation production. In accord with present domestic development trend of fermentation equipment, structures of two new type airlift reactors were proposed based on the new type energy-saving air sparger-vortex gas-liquid mixer. The feasibility of substitutions of traditional mechanical stirring fermentor by the new airlift reactor were discussed on the basis of empirical application case studies. Finally, the application potential of the new energy-saving fermentation system was prespected.
