摘 要:通过一款高压往复空气压缩机在进行出厂试验过程中发生的二级活塞拉缸等故障现象,逐步分析了故障产生的各种可能原因。经过现场勘验、检测及对比分析,发现了故障产生的主要诱因。在分析主要原因的基础上,提出了解决问题的措施,后经试验验证,证明了解决措施的可行性和正确性。通过不断总结类似的质量问题,为提高零部件的加工质量和检测水平,尤其为空压机运动件的尺寸公差和形位公差的优化设计工作提供了数据支撑,具有一定的参考价值。In this paper, the failure phenomenon occurred in a high-pressure reciprocating air compressor, such as two-stage piston cylinder pulling occurred in the process of factory test, was analyzed step by step for the various possible causes of the failure. Through on-site inspection, detection and comparative analysis, the main causes of the failure were found. Based on the analysis of the main reasons, the measures to solve the problem are put forward. The feasibility and correctness of the measures are proved by the test. By constantly summarizing similar quality problems, it can improve the processing quality and testing level of parts, especially provide data support for the optimization design of dimension tolerance and shape tolerance of air compressor moving parts, which has a certain reference value.
