摘　　要：课程体系建设是高职人才培养工作中的关键环节。从分析典型工作任务、岗位能力、行动领域和学习领域要求入手,结合人才培养目标,构建集作业、驾驶、检修于一体的铁道机械化维修技术专业课程体系。经过实践,人才培养质量得到很大提升。Curriculum system construction is critical in the higher vocational education. Mechanization of railway maintenance technology professional curriculum system is built on the analysis of typical tasks, post ability ana- lysis, action areas, and combination with talents training target, finally constructed the integration of curriculum system based on the job, driving, maintenance. Several years'practice proves that the quality of talent cultivation has been greatly improved.
