改革开放40年民国医德研究的文献分析

摘　　要：主要采用文献计量分析方法,检索1978-2018年即改革开放40年以来发表的有关民国医德研究的文献,并进行统计分析。分析显示,进入21世纪,尤其是2010年以后,相关的研究文献数量逐步增多。研究主要集中在民国医德的内容和特征、民国医学团体、民间精英与医德建设,民国医患关系、民国医事法律制度等方面。较之于对中国古代传统医学伦理道德的研究,对民国时期的医德研究仍显薄弱,应进一步加强对民国医德的研究。因为民国时期医德建设注重医德传统的传承和现代转化创新,注重医师组织、医学精英的作用发挥,注重构建现代医德规范体系,这对于构建新时代中国特色社会主义医学道德提供了有益启示和借鉴。This paper mainly used bibliometric analysis to retrieve and analyze the literature on medical ethics in the Republic of China published in 1978-2018,which was 40 years since the reform and opening up.The analysis showed that in the 21st century,especially after 2010,the number of relevant research literature had gradually increased.The research mainly focuses on the content and characteristics of medical ethics,medical organizations,folk elites and medical ethics construction,doctor-patient relationship,and medical legal system in the Republic of China.Compared with the study of Chinese traditional medical ethics,the study of medical ethics in the period of the Republic of China was still weak.The study of medical ethics in the Republic of China should be further strengthened.In the period of the Republic of China,the construction of medical ethics focused on the inheritance of traditional medical ethics and modern transformation and innovation,on the role of medical organizations and medical elites,and on the construction of modern medical ethics normative system,which provided useful inspiration and reference for the construction of socialist medical ethics with Chinese characteristics in the new era.
