摘　　要：中小企业在国民经济建设中肩负着非常神圣的使命,对国家的发展起着不可替代的作用。新形势下,中小企业在人力资源管理过程中存在一系列的问题,在很大程度上阻碍着企业的发展。文章从中小企业人力资源管理工作进行分析,同时,阐述了该工作存在的一些问题,与此同时,提出相应的解决办法,以期为中小企业人力资源管理工作顺利开展奠定基础。Small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)shoulder a very sacred mission in the construction of national econo- my and play an irreplaceable role in the development of the country.Under the new situation,SMEs have a series of problems in the process of human resources management,which hinder the development of enterprises to a great extent.This paper an- alyzed the human resource management of small and medium-sized enterprises,and expounded some problems existing in this work.At the same time,it put forward corresponding solutions in order to lay a foundation for the smooth development of human resource management of small and medium-sized enterprises.
