摘 要:研究生教育质量保障的理想愿景是建立以市场为核心的三元协同型质量保障模式,这既是世界研究生教育质量保障的基本走向,也是现代大学治理的发展方向。三元协同型研究生教育质量保障模式呈现实施主体多元化、实施方式协同化、实施对象全局化、实施内容系统化等特征。实现研究生教育质量保障模式转型,保障并不断提高研究生教育质量是其根本价值追求,判断主体由传统科层回归高校文化主体,内容重心由高校外部转向高校内外协同,建设手段由传统管理嬗变现代治理体系,保障条件由硬件建设拓展制度体系建设。The ideal vision of the postgraduate education quality assurance model is to establish a market-centered ternary collaborative quality assurance model, which is not only the basic trend of the quality assurance in the world, but also the development direction of modern university governance. The quality assurance model of the triple-element cooperative postgraduate education presents characteristics such as diversification of implementing subjects, collaboration of implementation methods, overall management of implementation objects, and systematic implementation of content. In order to realize the transformation of quality assurance mode of postgraduate education, it is the fundamental value pursuit to guarantee and continuously improve the quality of postgraduate education. The main body of judgment is returned from the traditional department to the university's main body of culture, the focus of the content shifts from the outside of the university to the inside and outside of the university, the means of construction changes from the traditional management to the modern governance system, and the guarantee condition is developed by expanding from the hardware construction to system construction.
