蜡梅属植物中挥发性成分的研究进展

摘　　要：蜡梅属Chmonanthus Lindl.是中国特有的植物,资源丰富,分布广泛。蜡梅属植物挥发性成分主要含有萜烯类、烷类、酯类、醇类、酸类和其他化合物等,其活性主要包括抑制病原菌,抗氧化清除自由基,并具备重要药用价值。综述了蜡梅属植物挥发性成分的收集方式和分析方法,分类讨论其挥发性成分的种类和分布,并进一步归纳了蜡梅属植物不同部位、不同品种、不同植株、不同生长阶段及不同采摘季节的挥发性成分的差异,最后对蜡梅属植物挥发性成分的生物活性进行了阐述。通过对该属植物挥发性化学成分研究现状的综述,以期为进一步开发和应用该属植物提供科学依据。Chimonanthus Lindl.is a kind of unique plant in China,which is rich in resources and widely distributed.Terpenes,alkanes,esters,alcohols,acids and other compounds are the main volatile components of Chimonanthus Lindl.,whose activities mainly include the inhibition of pathogenic bacteria,antioxidant and free radical scavenging,and also having important medicinal value.The collection and analysis methods of the volatile components of Chimonanthus Lindl.were summarized in this paper,and the species and distribution of the volatile components were discussed.Then,the differences of the volatile components in different parts,varieties,plants,growing stages and picking seasons of Chimonanthus Lindl.were further concluded.Finally,the biological activities of volatile components in Chimonanthus Lindl.were expounded.The summary of the research status of volatile chemical components in this genus would provide scientific basis for the further development and application of this genus.
