沟通培训对北京三甲医院门诊医生干预效果的研究

摘　　要：北京市医院管理局人文医学执业技能巡讲团对医务人员的进行了历时一年的系列人文医学执业沟通技能培训。通过SEGUE量表测评门诊医生培训前、后沟通技能得分情况发现,人文医学执业沟通技能培训可以显著提高门诊医生的沟通能力,缩短普通医生与专家之间沟通水平的差异,减少外科系统医生与内科系统医生的沟通水平差异,并减小我国医生与美国全科医生间沟通能力之间的差距;固定师资和专业化、系通化的人文医学执业技能培训是一种值得推广的沟通技能培训模式。A one-year series of communication skills training for medical personnel was carried out by the Humanities Medical Practicing Skills Tour Group of Beijing Hospital Administration. By using SEGUE scale before and after training, we found that the training of humanistic medical professional communication skills could significantly improve the communication skills of outpatient doctors in Beijing Third Class A Hospitals, reduce the difference of communication between general doctors and experts, between surgeons and physicians. The gap between the communication ability of doctors in China and that of general practitioners in the United States was smaller. The professional and systematic training with fixed teachers is a kind of communication skills training mode worthy of promotion.
