摘  要:为探讨儿童期虐待、孤独感、安全感对听力障碍学生自杀意念的影响及其作用机制,采用中文版儿童期虐待问卷、孤独量表、安全感量表以及自杀意念量表对329名听力障碍学生进行问卷调查.结果表明:(1)儿童期虐待、孤独感与自杀意念呈正相关,安全感与自杀意念呈负相关.(2)儿童期虐待既可以直接作用于听力障碍学生自杀意念,也可以通过孤独感、安全感的中介作用对自杀意念产生影响.(3)孤独感、安全感在儿童期虐待对自杀意念的影响中起着链式中介作用.329 hearing-impaired students were surveyed to explore the effects and mechanism of their childhood maltreatment, loneliness, and security on suicidal ideation, using the Chinese version of Childhood Trauma Questionnaire, University of California at Los Angeles Loneliness Scale, Security Questionnaire and Self-Rating Idea of Suicide Scale. The results showed that:(1) childhood maltreatment, loneliness were positively correlated with suicidal ideation, while security was negatively correlated with suicidal ideation;(2) childhood maltreatment could not only directly affect the suicidal ideation, but also indirectly affect their suicidal ideation through the mediating effect of loneliness and security;(3) loneliness and security played a chain mediating role between childhood maltreatment and suicidal ideation.
