摘　　要：本文从国家相关法规政策,乳制品加工对生产场所内外环境的敏感性,民用建筑的建设和运营形成的粉尘、病原微生物和各类异味物质等扩散性污染源对乳制品生产企业安全防护体系的影响等方面进行分析,揭示了乳制品工厂与近距离民用建筑,特别是居民聚集区规划建设之间的关系,为切实保障乳制品安全的环境要求提出了参考建议。This article focuses on analyzing relative national laws and policies, the sensitivity of dairy to inner and outer environment, the effects of dust, pathogeny microbiology, and various odor substances on safety protection system of dairy production. The aim of this article is to reveal the reasons of such contradiction between dairy factory and its close-range residential area, and to give recommendation for guaranteeing the environmental requirements of dairy production.
