摘  要:Think-peer-share教学模式包含个人思考学习、同伴/小组/全员互助学习、与他人分享三阶段,该教学模式在多种教学方法中都有灵活展现。这种教学模式可以更好地实现以学生为中心的教学理念,具有充分调动学生学习积极性、培养学生批判思维、帮助教师对学生进行形成性评价等诸多优势。在明确教学目标的前提下,大力推广Think-peer-share教学模式在医学教学中的应用,一定能为教学效果的提高提供有效助力。The teaching model of Think-peer-share contains three stages:individual thinking and learning,collaborative learning in pairs,groups or amongall the students,and sharing with others.This teaching model is flexibly embodied in lots of teaching methods,and with many advantages,including practicingthe student-centered teaching concept,fully mobilizing the students’learning enthusiasm,developing their critical thinking,helping teachers conduct formative assessment,and so on.On the premise of clear teaching objectives,it would provide powerful assistance for the improvement of teaching effect by promoting the application of this model in medical teaching.
