摘 要:自梁启超以来,即近代以来公德思想的发展主要经历了团体公德、国家公德、社会生活公德三种不同类型。这三种公德思想在不同的历史时期分别对应不同秩序构建的需要。其中,团体公德思想主要在于构建强大凝聚力的团体,以挽救国家、民族之灭亡;国家公德思想主要通过国家公德德目之宣贯,进行以自育自律为特征的政治教育,以构建稳固国家政治秩序;社会生活公德思想试图克服国家公德思想侧重国家秩序构建之局限,重点关注社会生活之公德秩序构建。这些思想都为当前社会生活公德秩序之构建提供了重要的精神资源,但都存在一定局限性。展望未来,基于自由权利的义务公德将成为发展趋势。Since the concept of public morality was argued by Liang Qi-chao,there are three different types of public morality thoughts in modern times,which were proposed in different historical periods in light of different ethical situations,including the groups public morality,the nation public morality and the social life public morality.The thoughts of the group public morality can help to form strong cohesiveness in group to prevent the nation from extinction.And the thoughts of the nation public morality can help to build a stable national political order through propagating the national morality so as to undertake political education characterized by self-discipline.The thoughts of the social life public morality focus on the construction of the public order in social life beyond the limitations of the nation public morality.The three different types of thoughts supply important spiritual resources for the construction of order in social life,but every one of them has its own limitations.Looking forward to the future,the thought of public morality concerning obligation will be one of the most influential spiritual resources which will help to form the public order in social life.
