摘　　要：执行力是企业贯彻落实领导决策、及时有效地解决问题的能力.建立高效执行力体系竞争优势,需要企业抓好中高层管理者这个关键少数,以文化人、提升内驱动力、创新工作方法,最终实现推动企业高质量发展的目标.论文就如何打造高效执行力体系进行了探讨.Execution is the ability of enterprises to implement leadership decisions and solve problems in a timely and effective manner.To establish the competitive advantage of efficient execution system,it is necessary for enterprises to grasp the vital few of middle and senior managers.Enterprises should use culture to educate others,enhance internal driving force and innovate working methods,so as to achieve the goal of promoting high-quality development of enterprises.This paper discusses how to build an efficient execution system.
