海口市有恋爱史本科生生殖健康知识现状研究

摘　　要：目的了解海口市有恋爱史本科生的生殖健康知识现状。方法2015年5~7月随机抽取海口市“综合类、师范类、医学类”3类学校里有恋爱史的在校本科生作为研究对象。对抽取的3所大学按年级分层,用整群抽样方法抽取各年级3~6个班的在校本科生作为调查对象,并进行匿名的问卷调查,提取海口市有恋爱史本科生的相关数据进行分析。结果调查海口市有恋爱史的本科生共1778人,获得有效问卷1724份,有效率为96.96%,其中男性占38.1%(657/1724),女性占61.9%(1067/1724)。有恋爱史的本科生总体生殖健康知识得分为47.57(35~60)分,总体知晓率为31.61%(545/1724),女生总体得分高于男生(P<0.05);年级越高,知晓率越高(P<0.05);医学专业的总体知晓率高于非医学专业(P<0.05)。多因素分析显示,影响生殖健康知识得分的影响因素主要有性别、年级和专业,且年级对得分的影响较大(P<0.001)。结论海口市有恋爱史的本科生的性教育知识较为缺乏,高校应当积极对有恋人的学生针对性的开展生殖健康知识教育。Objective:To understand the current status of undergraduates with love history and their needs for reproductive health knowledge and sexual education in Haikou city.Methods:The undergraduates with love history were randomly selected from three types of colleges,namely,comprehensive,normal and medical colleges in Haikou city from May to July 2015.The cluster sampling method was used to select 3-6 classes of undergraduates in each grade as the survey objects,and an anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted.The relevant data of undergraduates with love history in Haikou were extracted for analysis.Results:A total of 1 778 undergraduates with love history in Haikou city were investigated and 1 724 valid questionnaires were obtained.The effective rate was 96.96%,of which 38.1%(657/1 724)were males and 61.9%(1 067/1 724)females.The score of overall knowledge of contraception and reproductive health of undergraduates with love history was 47.57(35-60),and the overall awareness rate was 31.61%(545/1 724).The overall score of girls was significantly higher than that of boys(P<0.05).The higher the grade,the higher the awareness rate was(P<0.05).The overall awareness rate of medical major was higher than that of non-medical majors(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that the factors influencing scores of reproductive health and contraceptive knowledge were mainly gender,grade and major(P<0.001),and the grades had a greater impact on scores.Conclusions:The undergraduates with love history in Haikou city are less knowledgeable of sexual education.Colleges should actively develop contraceptive and reproductive health knowledge educations for students.
