摘　　要：《孙子兵法》蕴含着深厚的人类生存的关怀,是举世瞩目的智慧启示录。孙子"视卒如婴儿""视卒如爱子"的"仁爱"智慧,对眼下民营企业摆脱经营困境并做大做优做强,具有深刻的启迪:坚持以人为本,实行企业人文化管理是前提;与企业共进退,增强员工凝聚力是关键;把员工当成资本,将企业建设成员工的幸福家园是重要优势;调动员工创业激情,共创共赢生态圈是活力;提升员工学习力,加强制度建设是刚性约束;以股权为纽带,让员工共享发展成果是根本;履行社会责任,实现八方共赢是使命;构建和谐劳动关系,增加和谐共生因素是实现企业运营可持续性的保障。Sun Tzu's Art of War contains deep concern for human survival,and it is an inspiration of wisdom that attracts worldwide attention. Sun Tzu "looks upon his servant as a baby,so he can go to Shenxi" and "looks upon his servant as a beloved son,so he can die with him." The "benevolent" wisdom has profound enlightenment for the private enterprises to get rid of the difficult situation of operation and make them bigger,better and stronger. It is the premise to adhere to the people-oriented principle and carry out the cultural management of enterprises;it is the key to advance and retreat with enterprises and enhance the cohesion of employees;it is important to regard employees as capital and build the happy home of employees in enterprises. Advantages;mobilizing employees'enthusiasm for entrepreneurship and creating a win-win ecosphere are vitality;improving employees' learning ability and strengthening system construction are rigid constraints;taking equity as a link,letting employees share development results is fundamental;fulfilling social responsibility and achieving win-win among all parties is the mission;building harmonious labor relations and increasing harmonious factors are the realization of enterprises. The guarantee of business operation sustainability.
