层次分析法在医学院校学生评优中的运用——以西安交通大学医学院为例

摘　　要：评优工作对学生起着重要的激励与引导作用,良好的评优方法在学生教育中十分必要。结合自身工作经验,以医学院学生评优工作为切入点,提出将层次分析法运用于评优工作中的新思路,为评优工作的改进提供参考。The work of superior evaluation plays an important role in motivating and guiding students,therefore a good superior evaluation method is very necessary in education.Based on author’s own work experience in medical school,this paper puts forward a new idea of applying AHP to the superior evaluation work,which provides some reference for the improvement of the superior evaluation work.
