摘  要:在试卷袋背面存在折叠接口,为了保密性和防止被人拆封,必须使用密封签来粘贴覆盖。密封签采用在线定制印刷,一个试卷袋配套一个密封签,防止封口签的外泄和替代,实现试卷袋的防伪的唯一性。通过对试卷袋密封签印刷工艺进行分析,总结密封签印刷流水线的主要工艺及需要解决的问题,利用乐高EV3套装工具对关键机构进行仿真搭建,使用LEGO MINDSTORMS编写程序运行机构,分析机构性能,验证机构的适用性。There is a folding interface on the back of the test paper bag.In order to keep secret and prevent people from being disassembled,it is necessary to paste and cover with a sealed label.Seal label is printed by on-line customization,and a test bag is matched with a seal label to prevent leakage and substitution of the seal label,so as to realize the uniqueness of anti-counterfeiting of the test bag.Through the analysis of the printing process of sealed label for test paper bags,the main technology of sealed label printing pipeline and the problems to be solved are summarized.The key mechanism is simulated by Lego EV3 set of tools.The program running mechanism is written by LEGO MINDSTORMS,and the performance of the mechanism is analyzed to verify the applicability of the mechanism.
