摘　　要：To the Editor: A 43-year-old man was diagnosed with acute T-cell lymphoblastic leukemia. He underwent allogeneic stem cell transplantation with a 6/6 human leukocyte antigen (HLA)-match;the donor was his sister. Cyclosporine A was used for 5 months as a prophylactic for graft vs. host disease.
