摘 要:目的探讨PBL双语教学法在妇产科临床带教中的应用效果。方法选取我院2017年3月~2019年5月100名妇产科实习医学生作为研究对象,根据不同带教方法分为对照组和研究组,各50名。对照组采用传统双语教学法,研究组采用PBL双语教学法。对比两组妇产科实习医学生理论考核成绩和临床实践操作考核成绩。结果研究组理论考核成绩:基础性内容(68.1±0.8)分、病例分析(23.6±1.9)分、总得分(89.1±3.2)分均高于对照组理论考核成绩:基础性内容(54.2±3.9)分、病例分析(18.1±0.7)分、总得分(73.9±2.6)分(P<0.05);研究组临床实践操作考核成绩优秀率(68.0%)优于对照组的40.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇产科实习医学生使用PBL双语教学法教学,学生综合能力较强,在提升学生团队自主学习和协作能力的同时,还能有效提升其对问题的分析解决能力,PBL双语教学法可在教学工作广泛推广和应用。Objective To explore the application effect of PBL bilingual teaching method in clinical teaching of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods A total of 100 intern medical students in the department of obstetrics and gynecology in our hospital from March 2017 to May 2019 were selected as the research object.According to the teaching methods used,they were divided into the control group and the research group,each of 50 cases.The control group used the traditional bilingual teaching method.The research group used the PBL bilingual teaching method.The results of the theoretical evaluation and the clinical practice operation test scores of the two groups of obstetrics and gynecology students were compared.Results The theoretical assessment scores basic content(68.1±0.8)points,case analysis(23.6±1.9)points,total score(89.1±3.2)points,excellent rate of clinical practice operation scores(68.0%)of the research group were better than the theoretical evaluation scoresbasic content(54.2±3.9)points,case analysis(18.1±0.7)points,total score(73.9±2.6)points,excellent rate of clinical practice evaluation scores(40.0%)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The obstetrics and gynecology intern medical students with the PBL bilingual teaching method have strong comprehensive ability.While improving the self-learning and collaboration ability of the students,PBL bilingual teaching method can also effectively improve their ability to analyze and solve problems.It should be widely promoted applied in teaching.
