摘　　要：通过虚拟仿真的手段,围绕化工生产工艺过程,以化工仿真实验室为实训场所,引进化工单元3D仿真实训软件及煤化工工艺仿真实训软件,构建在线仿真培训系统平台。以流程级工艺仿真软件为核心,集成工业DCS系统,通过虚实结合、人机互动方式,构建了“单元仿真+过程安全+实习”的实践教学体系。贯通学生对化工单元和煤化工原理和生产工艺过程的理解,培养学生安全生产、规范操作的理念,增强解决复杂工程问题的综合能力。By means of virtual simulation, we introduced chemical engineering unit 3D simulation training software and coal chemical engineering simulation training software, which was based on the chemical simulation laboratory in the production process of chemical engineering. Built an online simulation training system platform. It integrates industrial DCS system with process-level process simulation software as its core, and constructs an practical teaching system of “Unit Simulation + Process Safety + Practice” through the combination of virtual reality and human-computer interaction. Penetrate students understanding of chemical engineering unit and coal chemical engineering principle and production process, and cultivate students’ safety production and standardization. Enhance the comprehensive ability to solve complex engineering problems.
