摘　　要：凡事预则立,不预则废。只有课前精心预设,才有可能在课堂上实现精彩的呈现。备好课是上好课的前提。就培训课程而言,备课不仅仅要背熟课程内容,还应结合学员的特点完成课程模式、教学方法、课程导语和结束语等设计。Preparedness ensures success,unpreparedness spells failure.Only when the class is carefully pre-set,it is possible to achieve a wonderful presentation in the class.Adequate preparation is a prerequisite for a good class.As for as training courses,preparing lessons should not only be familiar with the content of the course,but also the design of the course model,teaching methods,course introductions and conclusions in combination with the characteristics of the students.
