摘　　要：目的探讨Miller金字塔教学法在手术室低年资护士应急能力培训中的应用及效果评价。方法选取103名手术室低年资护士为对照组,对照组沿用传统教学法培训;选取101名手术室低年资护士为观察组,观察组采用理论与实践相结合的Miller金字塔教学法培训。研究结束后,比较两组手术室低年资护士理论、操作考核成绩,应急能力及对培训效果的满意度。结果两组手术室低年资护士的理论、操作考核成绩、应急能力及满意度比较,观察组均优于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论Miller金字塔教学法有助于巩固手术室低年资护士应急理论知识的理解,提高应急操作技能及应急能力,提升培训满意度。Objective To explore the effect of Miller Pyramid Theory in the training of emergency ability among junior nurses in operating room.Methods A total of 204 of junior nurses were divided into control group ( n =103) and experimental group ( n =101).The control group received the traditional teaching method,the experimental group received Miller Pyramid Theory.The evaluation of theory and emergency skills,emergency response ability and the satisfaction of training effect were compared between the two groups after the study.Results The average scores of theory and emergency skills in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group ( P <0.01 or P <0.05).The emergency response ability in the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the satisfaction on training effect in the experimental group was also higher than that of the control group ( P <0.01 or P <0.05).Conclusion The Miller Pyramid training method will help to consolidate the emergency theory and skills for junior nurses in the operation room,and improve their emergency skills,response ability and the satisfaction of training effect.
