乡村振兴背景下新型职业农民培训保障体系研究

摘　　要：结合新型职业农民培训体系的建设要求,分析了当前新型职业农民教育培训工作流程中存在的问题:法律政策建设缺位、经费投入渠道单一、培训质量参差不齐以及农科教统筹不力等,在此基础上,提出了新型职业农民培训工作的法律政策、经费投入、培训质量监控等保障体系的建设措施,以助推乡村振兴。According to the construction requirements of the new vocational farmer training system,this article analyzed the problems in the process of new vocational farmer education and training,such as the absence of legal policy construction,single channel of funding investment,lack of education and training quality and inappropriate overall planning of agriculture science and education.The guarantee measures are put forward to boost rural revitalization,including legal policy,funding investment and training quality monitoring,which are based on the overall planning of the new vocational farmer education and training.
