摘 要:风阻制动作为一种非黏着制动方式,可在高速条件下为列车提供较大的制动力。为提高风阻制动装置的可靠性,文章对自主设计的高速列车风阻制动装置,从定性和定量的角度进行了故障树分析,并根据分析得到的故障树最小割集和重要度,对风阻制动装置进行了改进设计。改进后的风阻制动装置单点故障减少,可靠性提高。文章所采用的分析方法能为风阻制动装置的开发提供持续优化改进的依据。Wind-resistance braking is one of the non-adhesion braking approaches, which can provide large braking force at high speed. In order to improve the reliability of the wind-resistance brake device, the fault tree analysis of the self-designed windresistance brake device for high-speed train was carried out qualitatively and quantitatively. According to the minimum cutset and importance degree of the fault tree obtained from the analysis, the wind-resistance brake device was improved and designed. The single point fault of the improved wind-resistance brake device was reduced and its reliability was improved. The analysis method adopted in this paper can provide a basis for continuous optimization and improvement of the development of wind-resistance brake device.
