摘 要:目的:探讨巴林特小组培训对儿科实习护生共情能力和沟通能力的影响。方法:将66例儿科实习护生随机分为实验组和对照组各33例,对照组接受常规护理培训,实验组接受常规护理培训及为期8周的巴林特小组培训。培训前后采用杰弗森共情量表(JSE-HP)和支持性沟通量表(SCS)进行评估。结果:经过8周培训,实验组JSE-HP各因子评分及总分均较对照组显著升高(P<0.01),实验组SCS各因子评分及总分均较对照组显著升高(P<0.01)。结论:运用巴林特小组培训较常规培训更能显著提高儿科实习护生的共情能力和沟通能力。Objective: To explore the effect of Balint group training on empathy and communication ability of pediatric interns. Methods: 66 pediatric interns were randomly divided into study group and control group with 33 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing training, while the study group received routine nursing training and Balint group training for 8 weeks.Jefferson Empathy Scale (JSEHP) and Supportive Communication Scale (SCS) were used before and after the training. Results:After 8 weeks of training, the JSErHP factor scores and total scares of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.01), and the SCS factor scores and total scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Bcilint group training can significantly improve the empathy and communication ability of pediatric interns compared with routine training.
