摘 要:高职院校教师的能力近几年不断提高,各院校通过不同的方法对教师能力进行了大幅度的提升,但现阶段高职院校教师的能力仍存在很多不足,为此提出反思性教学理论下高职院校教师能力的培养策略。反思性教学理论着眼于教学实践方面,对教学各环节进行全方位的反思,从而改进教学实践。依托反思性教学理论,对高职院校教师能力的培养进行阐述,从教师的反思意识、正确的反思方法、加强反思性培训和反思与实践相结合等几个方面,对高职教师能力的培养提出不同的策略,为高职教师的专业化成长提供新的方法与思路。The ability of teachers in higher vocational colleges has been continuously improved in recent years,and the ability of teachers has been greatly improved by different methods.But at present,there are still many deficiencies in the ability of teachers in higher vocational colleges.Therefore,this paper puts forward the training strategies of teachers'ability in higher vocational colleges under the reflective teaching theory.Reflective teaching theory focuses on teaching practice and reflects on all aspects of teaching so as to improve teaching practice.Based on the theory of reflective teaching,this paper expounds the cultivation of teachers'abilities in higher vocational colleges,and puts forward different strategies for the cultivation of teachers'abilities from the aspects of teachers'reflective consciousness,correct reflective methods,strengthening reflective training and combination of reflection and practice so as to provide new methods and ideas for the professional growth of higher vocational teachers.
