摘 要:通过德尔菲法与层次分析法,构建了契合区域经济发展的高职院校现代服务业一流特色专业群建设评价指标体系,利用改进的熵值法确定了各项指标的权重,并利用加权平均综合标准模型对长沙商贸旅游职业技术学院三大一流特色现代服务业专业群建设进行了综合评价。结果显示,该校现代服务业三大一流特色专业群建设成果显著,教学资源是一流特色专业群建设评价的核心指标;湘菜产业专业群、现代商贸服务业专业群和旅游服务业专业群在教学资源建设方面存在较为明显的差异。文章提出了多方联动推动产教深度融合、多渠道扎实推进国际合作、多途径建设一支高水平的师资队伍与全方位培养学生成才等措施建议。Through Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process, this paper constructs an evaluation index system for the construction of first-class specialty groups of modern service industry in higher vocational colleges, which conforms to the development of regional economy. The weight of each index is determined by the improved entropy method, and the three first-class specialty groups of modern service industry in Changsha Commerce & Tourism College are comprehensively evaluated by the weighted average comprehensive standard model. The results show that Changsha Commerce & Tourism College has achieved remarkable results in the construction of three first-class specialty groups of modern service, and teaching resource is the core indicator for the evaluation of the construction of first-class specialty groups. There are obvious differences in the construction of teaching resources among the specialty groups of Hunan cuisine industry,modern trade and service industry and tourism service industry. In order to promote the construction of first-class specialty groups in modern service industry, such suggestions and measures are put forward as promoting the deep integration of industry and education through multi-linkages, promoting international cooperation through multi-channels, cultivating high-level teachers through multi-methods and all-round to cultivate students.
