模具设计与制造专业现代学徒制“校中厂”模式的实践与探索——以九江职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：为深化产教融合、校企合作,全面培养技术技能型人才,九江职业技术学院和谷崧企业集团共同建设模具设计与制造专业现代学徒制试点项目。试点项目以“校中厂”为依托,以模具生产环节为主线,以企业实际产品为教学载体,企业师傅全程参与人才培养,按照企业的生产工艺进行生产性教学,将生产与教学完全融通。现代学徒制办学模式在人才培养及技能竞赛方面取得了显著成效。In order to deepen the integration of production and education,school - enterprise cooperation,and comprehensively cultivate technical and skilled talents. Jiujiang Vocational and Technical College and Gusui Enter prise Group jointly built a modern apprenticeship pilot project,taking the mold production link as the main line and establishing a modern apprenticeship “school - in - progress”for mold design and manufacturing in accordance with the standards of the production workshop. Relying on the “school in the factory”,the actual product of the enterprise is the teaching carrier,and the production teaching is carried out according to the production process of the enterprise,and the production and teaching are fully integrated. In addition,arrange for the company’s masters to stay in the “school in the factory”for a long time,and participate in the personnel training and practical teaching. Through the teaching practice in the “school in the school”,significant achievements have been made in talent training and skill competition.
