摘 要:在新时代背景下,需要厘清教育变革发展的根本动力,并在此基础上对教育理论面临的时代挑战、发展动因与路向进行系统性探究,以期提出指导新时代教育实践的理论与方法。该文以教育变革的根源为切入点开展研究,发现:(1)变革的起点在于信息的数据化,并藉由大数据与人工智能等新兴信息技术的推动而形成了变革的根本驱动力:在信息化意义上教育服务供给能力获得了近乎无限的扩容,实现了新时代教育生产力的升级;(2)这些变化突破了传统教育理论的现实边界,在教育史上首次获得了两个现实可能:第一,科学、全面、深入、定量地认识学生的个体特点,开展精准个性化教学乃至教育;第二,对学习时间、精力等学生资源进行动态优化配置,以获得最优的学习效率。这是新时代教育理论与模式的重要挑战和创新路向;(3)在其冲击之下,通过对学习效果与效率、思辨与测量、定量化与科学性、诠释与优化等教育理论与研究范式的系列核心概念及其辩证关系进行重新审视和深入分析,该文形成了以个体学习效率量化和优化为核心的精益教育观和学习管理理论,提出了面向教育生产力释放的新时代教育模式创新与学习流程再造等核心理论主张。Exploring into the revolution in education field, this paper finds its origin on the datamation brought by the new technologies such as big-data and AI. This revolution enables the measurability and computability of information and recognition, which generates a fundamental driving force. The education-service-supplying capacity is expanded in a limitless way, which leads to the upgrading of educational productivity in the new era. This changes break through the boundary of traditional education theories, and realize two possibilities for the first time:(1) to get insight into individual learners in a scientific, comprehensive, profound and quantitative way in order to implement precise personalized teaching, or even education.(2) to optimize the allocation between learners’ resources such as time and energy in order to achieve the best learning efficiency. The above makes up the challenge and orientation for both education theories and modes in the new era. Based on the repeated survey and analysis of the essential conceptions and dialectic relationships, such as effectiveness and efficiency, speculation and measurement, quantification and scientific nature, illustration and optimization, this paper puts forward the lean education concept and learning management theory which focus on the quantification and improvement of individual learning efficiency, and also the proposal of education model innovation and learning process reengineering to release education productivity.
