An Empirical Study on Book Borrowing Behavior of Liberal Arts Students in Colleges and Universities: Taking Nanjing Normal University as an Example

摘  要:首先从大数据视角对2018年南京师范大学文科学生的图书借阅情况进行了必要的分析,展现图书借阅行为的表层特征。其次,采用抽样调查方法,运用Logistic回归模型对南京师范大学文科学生的图书借阅行为进行分析。研究结论认为,文科学生的性别、学历、借阅动机影响、电子资源的替代效应、每天可利用的阅读时间、学校图书馆资源的满足度等特征的影响显著。从学校、图书馆和学生三个维度提出对策建议,以期改进文科学生的图书借阅行为。Firstly the article analyzes the book borrowing situation of liberal arts students of Nanjing Normal University in 2018 from the perspective of big data and shows its characteristics. Secondly, the paper adopts Logistic regression model analyze the library borrowing behavior of liberal arts students of Nanjing Normal University. The results conclude that the gender, educational background, borrowing motivation, substitution effect of electronic resources, daily available reading time, satisfaction degree of school library resources and other characteristics of liberal arts students are major factors influencing the book borrowing. The paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the three dimensions of school, library and students to improve the book borrowing behavior of liberal arts students.
