摘 要:目的分析虚拟仿真教学对口腔实习生岗前培训的应用效果。方法选取本院口腔科2018年1—12月的42名实习生作为研究对象,设为研究组,运用虚拟仿真教学法对其进行岗前培训;另选取本院口腔科2017年1—12月的42名实习生作为研究对象,设为对照组,运用传统教学法对其进行岗前培训;培训结束后对比两组实习生的考试成绩、临床实践能力以及教学效果。结果研究组实习生的理论知识考试成绩与技术操作考试成绩均高于对照组,P<0.05;研究组实习生临床实践能力中理论结合实践能力、批判性思维能力、沟通协调能力、四手操作配合能力、材料调配能力的评分均高于对照组,P<0.05;研究组教学效果中提高学习兴趣、培养医护配合意识、增强临床工作信心、认可教学方法的评分均高于对照组,P<0.05。结论虚拟仿真教学对口腔实习生岗前培训的应用效果显著,可明显提升实习生的考试成绩与临床实践能力,教学效果满意。Objective To analyze the application effect of virtual simulation teaching on pre-job training of dental interns.Methods A total of 42 interns from January to December of 2018 in our hospital were selected as research subjects.They were used as research groups to conduct pre-job training using virtual simulation teaching methods.In addition,we selected our hospital from January to December in 2017.Forty-two interns in the month were selected as the research group,and they were pre-employment training using traditional teaching methods.After the training,the test scores,clinical practice ability and teaching effect of the two groups of interns were compared.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge test and technical operation test scores of the study group interns were higher than those of the control group,P<0.05.The clinical practice ability of the research group interns combined with practical ability,critical thinking ability,communication and coordination ability,and four hands The scores of operation coordination ability and material preparation ability were higher than those of the control group,P<0.05.The research group's teaching effect improved the interest of learning,cultivated the awareness of medical cooperation,enhanced the confidence of clinical work,and the scores of recognized teaching methods were higher than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion The virtual simulation teaching has a significant effect on the pre-post training of dental interns,which can significantly improve the test scores and clinical practice ability of the interns.The teaching results are satisfactory and worthy of implementation.
