摘  要:教师注意力是教师在工作以及日常生活中将注意力集中于教育事业和教学活动的能力。中学思想政治教育目标的实现很大程度上依赖于教师的课堂教学效果。因此,教师能否将注意力聚焦于教育教学活动,直接影响课堂教学质量。提升教师课堂注意力,根本措施在于回归思想政治教育的人文属性,持续动力在于促进教师职业发展,物质保障在于建立公平合理的薪酬机制。Teachers'attention is the ability of teachers to focus their attention on education and teaching activities at work and in their daily lives.The realization of the goal of ideological and political education in middle schools depends to a large extent on the classroom teaching effect of teachers.Therefore,whether teachers can focus their attention on education and teaching activities directly affects the quality of classroom teaching.To improve teachers'attention in class,the fundamental measure lies in returning to the humanistic attributes of ideological and political education.The driving force is to promote the professional development of teachers.The material security lies in establishing a fair and reasonable salary mechanism.
