摘 要:基于现实市场调查,以知识共享为中介变量,环境动态性为调节变量,探究旅游行业服务供应链集成对服务创新能力的影响机理。实证结果表明:知识共享在服务供应链集成与服务创新能力之间起到完全中介作用,环境动态性能够调节知识共享和服务创新能力之间的关系,但是对旅游服务供应链集成和知识共享的关系、知识共享和旅游服务创新能力之间的关系不具备调节作用。The fundamental reason for the homogenization of tourism market is the lack of innovation in tourism service supply chain operation. The quality experience of tourism consumption requires adaptive service supply innovation. The integration of tourism service supply chain based on information integration, coordination and organization interconnection realizes the synergy of tourism service related factors to create customer value.The influence on tourism enterprise service innovation ability is worth exploring. Based on market survey, with knowledge sharing as the mediator variable and environmental dynamics as the adjustment variables, the influence mechanism of service industry supply chain integration on service innovation ability is explored. The empirical results show that knowledge sharing plays a full intermediary role between service supply chain integration and service innovation capability. Environmental dynamics can regulate the relationship between knowledge sharing and service innovation capabilities, and so as to tourism service supply chain integration and knowledge sharing. There is not a regulatory role among the relationship between knowledge sharing and tourism service innovation capabilities.
