摘　　要：教育部对虚拟仿真实验教学项目建设与应用提出了全面要求.该文以教育部相关文件要求为基础,从实验教学的作用出发,讨论了对以核心要素仿真度为主要内容的虚拟仿真实验教学项目要求的内涵,并从虚拟仿真实验与实体实验、虚拟仿真实验教学体系与实验教学整体体系、教学内容与教学形式、线上资源和线下资源、虚拟仿真实验教学与人才培养等方面,探讨了虚拟仿真实验教学项目建设与应用中的几个重要关系.The Ministry of Education has put forward comprehensive requirements for the construction and application of virtual simulation experimental teaching projects. Based on the requirements of relevant documents of the Ministry of Education and starting from the role of experimental teaching, this paper discusses the connotation of the requirement of virtual simulation experimental teaching projects with core element simulation as its main content. Several important relationships between the construction and application of virtual simulation experimental teaching projects are explored from the aspects of the virtual simulation experiment and physical experiment, virtual simulation experiment teaching system and experimental teaching system, teaching content and teaching form, online and offline resources, virtual simulation experimental teaching and personnel training.
