西南少数民族地区对接“一带一路”生态伦理思考

摘　　要：生态伦理的基本内涵,包括自然界兼具消费性价值和生态价值,人与自然之间是协同进化、和谐发展关系。西南地区对接"一带一路"的生态伦理之必要性,平衡西南地区经济发展与生态环境保护之间的关系,推动西南地区"一带一路"建设的可持续发展。西南地区对接"一带一路"的生态伦理之可行性,西南少数民族生态伦理观为西南地区对接"一带一路"提供了生态伦理基础,西南地区丰富的自然资源和民族文化资源为西南地区对接"一带一路"提供了生态伦理条件。西南地区对接"一带一路"的生态伦理实现机制,建立生态伦理理念的社会认同机制,建立生态伦理主体的利益引导机制,建立生态伦理主体的监督校正机制,建立生态伦理理念的教育机制。The basic connotation of ecological ethics,including the natural world has both consumer value and ecological value,and the relationship between man and nature is co-evolution and harmonious development.It is necessity of docking the ecological ethics of the " Belt and Road" in the southwest region,balancing the relationship between economic development and ecological environmental protection in the southwest region,and promoting the sustainable development of the " Belt and Road" construction in the southwest region.The feasibility of the ecological ethics of the " One Belt,One Road" in the southwest region,the ecological ethics of the southwestern minority provides an ecological ethical foundation for the docking of the " Belt and Road" in the southwest,and the rich natural resources and national cultural resources of the southwest region are the " connected areas" in the southwest.All the way" provides ecological ethical conditions.The ecological ethics realization mechanism of the " Belt and Road" in the southwest region is established,the social identity mechanism of the ecological ethics concept is established,the interest guiding mechanism of the ecological ethics subject is established,the supervision and correction mechanism of the ecological ethics subject is established,and the educational mechanism of the ecological ethics concept is established.
