地方应用型高校基层教学单位实践教学检查初探

摘　　要：实践教学是地方应用型高校本科教学重要组成部分。各种类型教学检查都是保证实践教学质量的重要措施,实践教学有自身的特点,基层教学单位的教学检查分类要合理、内容应当科学设置,基层教学单位实践教学检查常常出现重视不够、管理混乱、制度建设滞后、人员配备不足、检查结果使用不充分或根本不使用等现象。地方应用型高校有关部门应当高度重视,从制度建设做起,加大人力、物力的投入,明确岗位责任,充分发挥督导的作用,加大检查结果的使用,促进人才培养质量的提高。Practical teaching is an important part of undergraduate teaching in local application-oriented Universities.All kinds of teaching inspection are important measures to ensure the quality of practical teaching.Practical teaching has its own characteristics,and the teaching inspection classification of basic teaching units should be reasonable and the content should be set up scientifically.Practice teaching inspection in basic teaching units often has the phenomena of insufficient attention,chaotic management,lagging system construction,insufficient personnel allocation, inadequate use of inspection results or no use at all.The relevant departments of local application-oriented universities should attach great importance to it,starting from the system construction,increasing the input of human and material resources,clarifying post responsibilities,giving full play to the role of supervision,increasing the use of inspection results, and promoting the improvement of talent training quality.
