新疆地区听力障碍者就业转衔服务需求研究

摘　　要：研究采用“新疆听力障碍者就业转衔需求情况”调查问卷对新疆地区听力障碍者就业转衔服务需求进行调查。研究发现:(1)新疆地区听力障碍者就业转衔服务需求较高,其中由高到低依次为自我探索、职业准备与探索、校内就业支持、资源连结。(2)新疆地区听力障碍者就业转衔服务需求在性别、生活自理能力、是否受过职业训练、身体状况、有无特长方面不存在显著差异,但在家庭所在地、年龄、障碍程度、家庭月收入方面存在显著差异。The study used the questionnaire on the demand for employment transfer of hearing-impaired people in Xinjiang to investigate the demand for employment transfer services. The study found that:(1) The demand for employment transfer services for hearing-impaired people in Xinjiang is relatively high, including self-exploration, career preparation and exploration, intra-school employment support, and resource linkage.(2) There is no significant difference in the employment needs of the hearing-impaired persons in the Xinjiang in terms of gender, self-care ability, vocational training, physical condition, and the presence or absence of specialties, but obvious differences exist in terms of the place of family, age, degree of disorder, monthly household income.
