摘　　要：“一带一路”是我国为了应对国际格局新变化、构建世界经济区域发展新格局的重要倡议。要发展就要竞争,而国际竞争关键在于人才竞争。因此,在新的历史时期优化外语人才培养模式,加强创新型国际化人才培养,使学生具备较强的综合能力、管理能力、实际操作能力,成为复合型外语人才,更符合“一带一路”发展要求,从而为国家实现经济的持续发展提供人才保障。“One belt and one road”initiative is an important plan for China to deepen its reform in response to the new changes in the international pattern, aiming to build a new pattern for the world regional economic development. Competition is essential to development, and talents play an important role in the international competition. Therefore, in the new historic period, Chinese universities should optimize the cultivation mode of foreign language students and spare no efforts to cultivate their innovative ability in the international competition. In doing so, the students will be more competitive in the aspects of comprehensive ability, management ability and practical ability, and become an important force in advancing the “One belt and one road” initiative to fulfil the sustainable development of Chinese economy.
