黑龙江民族特色高等职业教育发展现状调查与思考

摘　　要：大力发展民族特色高等职业教育是多元文化时代的诉求。课题组多次深入黑龙江民族职业学院,针对少数民族语言、音乐、体育等民族特色专业进行了实地调查。调查发现,目前黑龙江民族高校民族特色职业专业在硬件设施、课程设置、教材、师资建设、教学模式等方面已取得突出成果,但尚存在部分专业缺乏师资和教材、民族文化知识与学生就业不吻合等现实问题。因此,应积极引进和借鉴优秀教学经验和模式;明确定位,突出培养人才的针对性和有效性;基于社会需求,及时更新和完善民族特色专业;树立全球化、国际化的教育发展理念等,促进黑龙江民族特色高等职业教育的发展。Actively develop Heilongjiang Province ethnic minority characteristics in Higher vocational education is a fundamental demand of era of multiculturalism. During 2015 research group repeatedly entered Heilongjiang Vocational College for Nationalities,hold field survey focusing on minor nationalities language、music、physical education and other minor nationalities specialty programs. Survey results show that Heilongjiang province Higher education institution takes steps in improving hardware facilities;curriculum design、teaching material、construct high-quality teaching staff、model of teaching as well as other educational aspects,and has already achieved good results. However,Some practical problems still exist such as the lack of teachers and teaching materials in some majors,the inconsistency between national cultural knowledge and student employment.Therefore,in order to promote the development of higher vocational education with ethnic characteristics in Heilongjiang Province,we propose the following suggestions:actively introduce and draw on excellent teaching experience and models;highlight the pertinence and effectiveness of training talents;update and improve national characteristics in time according to social needs;establish a global and international education development concept.
