摘 要:跨文化能力提升是中外合作办学学生培养质量的重要基础。民族志方法以参与观察、叙事与反思为主要特征,能够为学生提供一个主动探索跨文化现象及其背后意义的人类学视角与有效方法,是中外合作办学学生跨文化能力培训的重要途径。民族志方法训练作为中外合作办学学生跨文化能力培训的重要途径,应从知识、情感与技能三个层面进行目标设定,以基础理论与方法训练以及民族志创作实践为主要内容,分为“预备期”“实践期”与“发展期”三个阶段进行实施。Intercultural competence development is an important foundation of students’ cultivation quality for Chinese-foreign educational cooperation programs. The ethnographic methods characterized by participant observation,narrative skills and reflection can provide students under these programs with an anthropological perspective and effective way to look into the intercultural phenomenon they encounter and its underlying meanings.The ethnographic method practice thus needs to be integrated into the intercultural competence training system,aiming at knowledge acquisition,emotional management and skills development. its core content consists of theoretical learning,methods practice and narrative writing,which would be implemented in different training phrases(preparation,practice and development phase)respectively.
