儒家道德思想在高职学生心理保健中的借鉴意义

摘　　要：高职学生既接受高等教育,又接受职业教育,其心理健康水平对自身成长和社会发展同样具有突出影响。关于高职学生的心理保健工作,当前更多地停留在心理健康外在的技术层面的指导,而对于心理健康必要条件和重要基础——道德健康的研究比较薄弱,甚或被忽视。儒家关于道德的思想恰好符合道德健康的要求,对于高职学生的心理保健具有深刻的借鉴和启发价值。Higher vocational students not only receive higher education, but also receive vocational education, and their mental health level also has a prominent impact on their own growth and social development. With regard to the mental health work of higher vocational students, much attention has been paid to the guidance of mental health at the external technical level. However, as a necessary condition and the important foundation of mental health, the study of moral health is weak or even neglected. The morality of Confucianism meets the requirement of moral health, which has profound reference and enlightenment to the mental health of higher vocational students.
