摘 要:当前大学公共英语教学缺乏翻译方法理论的指导和质量评价标准。鉴于语言和翻译的紧密关系,用翻译学理论解决语言习得问题合理而又必然。以《大学英语课程教学要求》中三级英语能力培养为目标,以“等值层次模型”提出大学英语三级翻译方法论和翻译质量评价标准,阐述评价标准的权重和赋分原则。Current English course for non -English majors still lacks established translation methodology and scientific translation evaluation standards. In view of the close relationship between translation and language, it is quite suitable and necessary to introduce the established theories of translation studies to language acquisition. Based on the "Three-Level Objectives" of English education listed in English Course Requirements for Non-English Majors, the paper tries to build a "Three-Level Translation Methodology" and "Three-Level Translation Evaluation Standard" by borrowing the "level equivalent model" from translation studies for the college English course of non -English majors. In addition, the score distribution principle of the evaluation standard is also discussed.
