摘　　要：现阶段,即使在互联网、大数据等高新科学技术的推动下,我国高职院校党校教育管理仍然存在一些问题。同时,高职院校党校建设以及管理模式与更高的要求存在差距,甚至难以适应社会前进的脚步。对于高职院校在党校管理与建设过程中出现的这种问题,我们展开了分析和讨论,通过观察,分析出当前高职院校党校教育管理的现状,再明确高职院校进行党校管理模式改革的必要性,从而探索加强高职院校党校教育管理的有效路径,进一步改善党校教学管理模式,与时俱进,开拓创新,充分发挥党校培训教育的功能。At present,even under the promotion of Internet,big data and other high-tech science and technology, there are still some problems in the educational management of party schools in higher vocational colleges in China.At the same time,there is a gap between the party school construction and management mode and higher requirements in higher vocational colleges,and it is even difficult to adapt to the pace of social progress.This paper analyzes and discusses this kind of problem in the process of party school management and construction in higher vocational colleges, through observation,analyzes the present situation of party school education management in higher vocational colleges,and then clarifies the necessity of carrying out the reform of party school management mode in higher vocational colleges,so as to explore the effective path of strengthening the party school education management in higher vocational colleges, further improve the teaching management mode of party schools,keep pace with the times,open up and innovate.Give full play to the function of party school training and education.
