摘  要:加强开放大学导学教师团队建设是提高开放教育非学术性支持服务质量的重要保证。目前开放大学导学教师团队建设还存在着导学教师队伍结构不合理、团队建设囿于形式、专业化程度不高等实际问题。结合某开放大学导学教师团队建设实践,指出开放大学导学教师团队建设可从科学组建导学教师团队、完善导学教师团队考评制度、提升团队成员的角色认同、重视导学教师学习培训、提高导学教师团队成员专业化素养等路径来实现。Strengthening the team building of tutorial teachers in Open Universities is an important guarantee to improve the quality of non-academic support service in open education. At present, there are still some practical problems in team construction of guiding teachers in Open universities, such as unreasonable structure of guiding teachers, limited form of team building, low degree of specialization and so on. Combined with the practice of team building of the guiding teachers in Open Universities, this paper points out that team construction of guiding teachers in the Open Universities can be realized through the following ways, such as setting up the team of guiding teachers scientifically, perfecting the evaluation system of the guiding teachers’ team, improving the role identity of team members, paying attention to the training of the guiding teachers and improving the professional accomplishment of tutorial teachers,etc.
