摘　　要：坚持以本为本的理念是新时代高等学校人才培养模式改革的基本遵循,工科本科教育更要主动适应新技术、新产业、新经济发展需要。作为地方综合性高等学校,河北大学土木工程专业为在构建内涵式发展与交叉创新相结合的复合型人才培养模式改革方面做了一些尝试。坚持以学生为中心,发挥综合性大学优势,积极探索教学改革模式,提升专业建设水平,推进课程内容更新,加强新工科建设,不断推动本科教育人才培养的思想创新、理念创新、方法技术创新与模式创新。Insisting on the idea of “Taking regular college course as the fundamental” is the basic way to reform the mode of personnel training in universities in the new era. Engineering education should take the initiative to adapt to the needs of new technologies,new industries and new economic development. As a local comprehensive university,Hebei University,taking civil engineering as an example in this paper,has made some attempts to construct the reform of compound talents training mode combining intensive development with cross-innovation. Developing the advantages of comprehensive universities,as well as actively exploring the teaching reform mode were researched. Then upgrading professional development level,promoting curriculum content updating,strengthening the construction of new engineering were investigated. Continuously promoting ideological innovation,methodological and technological innovation in the cultivation of undergraduate education talents were presented.
