摘 要:目的辽宁省农村订单定向专科医学生职业认同与学习动机研究.方法选择辽东学院医学院2016~2018级专科层次农村订单定向免费医学生共计259例为研究对象,通过问卷调查的方法,就定向学生基本情况、定向医学生培养政策知晓情况、高考选报原因、职业认同、学习意愿等进行调研.结果三个年级的学生在培养政策知晓方面无统计学差异(P>0.05).在报考原因方面,家长的意见占第一位,但差异未出现统计学意义(P>0.05).对职业认同的调查发现,在“到基层医疗工作意愿”方面,非常愿意的2016~2018级依次为42.0%、40.5%、54.7%,二、三年级学生意愿明显低于一年级学生,一年级学生最高(P<0.05);在“职业自豪感”方面,“非常符合”的选项从2016~2018级依次为50.8%、59.5%、69.4%,职业自豪感随年级增高逐年明显下降(P<0.05).在学习意愿方面,三个年级的学生的选择无统计学差异(P>0.05).结论学校应加强对考生家长的招生宣传,增强学生在校期间专业思想、诚实守信教育,培养学生职业自豪感、职业认同感,改进教学模式、教学方法,提高培养效果.Objective To study the professional identity and motivation of rural order-oriented medical students in Liaoning Province. Methods A total of 259 rural order-directed oriented free medical students from the 2016-2018 college level of Liaodong College of Medicine were selected as the research subjects. The basic situation of the students, the cultivating policy awareness of the targeted medical students, the reasons for the selection of the college entrance examination, professional identity, and willingness to learn were researched. Results There was no significant difference in the cultivating policy awareness among the three grade students(P>0.05). Parents' opinions were the first in terms of the reasons for the examination, but the difference did not appear statistically significant (P>0.05). The survey on professional identity found that in the term of “intention to work in primary health care units”, the 2016-2018 grade students with the most willing were 42.0%, 40.5%, and 54.7%, respectively. And the second and the third grade students’ willingness was significantly lower than that of the first grade students(P<0.05). In terms of “professional pride”, the 2016-2018 grade students with the “very consistent” option were accounted for 50.8%, 59.5%, and 69.4% and the professional pride decreased with age (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the choice of learning willingness in the three grades (P>0.05). Conclusion Schools should strengthen the enrollment promotion of candidates' parents, enhance their professional thinking, honesty and trustworthiness education during the school, cultivate students' professional pride, professional identity, improve teaching mode, teaching methods and improve training results.
