高校护生职业信念缺失的表现及影响因素研究——以山西医科大学汾阳学院为例

摘　　要：文章通过对山西医科大学汾阳学院2014—2018级护理专业在校生、实习生和毕业后1—3年从业护士共计1655名调查对象进行调查、访谈,了解当前护生及从业护士职业信念的现状。在此基础上分析影响护生坚定职业信念的因素,以便为进一步研究护生职业信念的培育提供对策依据。By surveying and interviewing a sample of 1655 people including nursing students and interns of nursing majors in Fenyang College of Shanxi Medical University from 2014 to 2018 and nurses with 1-3 years of professional practice to understand the current status of professional beliefs of nursing students and nurses.On this basis,the factors affecting nursing students′professional beliefs were analyzed in order to provide countermeasures for further study on the cultivation of nursing students′professional beliefs.
