摘 要:复合储能混合动力系统实现了能量高效回收再利用,但整车经济性能并未达到最优效果。因此基于MATLAB/Simulink建立整车后向仿真模型,在对复合储能混合动力系统3个子系统进行分析的基础上设定相应的目标函数,并利用Isight软件对多系统进行协同优化。利用整车仿真模型对获得的关键参数优化结果进行分析,结果表明整车经济性能明显提升。利用硬件在环仿真试验平台进行验证,仿真与试验所得结果基本吻合,证明协同优化算法对装载机复合储能混合动力系统的优化切实有效,为该系统的设计应用提供了参考。The composed energy storage and hybrid power system achieves efficient recycling and reusing of energy,but the vehi cle economic performance is not optimal.Therefore,a vehicle facing backward simulation model is established based on MATLAB/Sim ulink.Corresponding objective functions were set on the basis of analysis about the three subsystems of the complex energy storage and hybrid power system.Meanwhile,Isight software was used to coordinate and optimize the multiple systems.Then,the obtained opti mized results of key parameters were analyzed by using a vehicle simulation model.The result shows considerable improvement of the vehicle economic performance.Besides,a hardware in the hoop test platform was used to make verification.The simulation shares basi cally the same result with the experiment.That proves the the cooperative optimization algorithm is effective in optimizing the complex energy storage and hybrid power system of the loader,and provides reference for design and application of the system.
